April 14, 2022 – REAG and Holland Partner Group hosted a hard-hat tour of Holland’s 14-story, 375-unit apartment project in the very active Koreatown submarket of Los Angeles. Located at the corner of 7th and New Hampshire, the development broke ground during the early stages of the pandemic in September 2020 and has an expected completion date for Q2 2023. Since it is not yet being marketed for pre-leasing, REAG members were able to benefit from an exclusive tour of the Class-A property. Attendees were led through the property by Holland’s development and construction leads which featured panoramic views of the Hollywood Hills and LA Basin. Concluding the tour, the group was treated to drinks and food at a local nearby venue that was Sponsored by Dealpath. It’s always exciting to get together to put on boots and hard hats and experience the industry we work in first hand. The tour provided a unique peek behind the scenes of what it takes to bring these large scale developments to life that shape our communities.
