LOS ANGELES, CA – Natalie Greenberg, Senior Vice President at Los Angeles-based real estate private equity firm Entrada Partners, has been named President of UCLA’s Real Estate Alumni Group (“REAG”).

“Natalie has served on the REAG board for eight years. She is an incredible human being, extremely hard working, and loves and cares for REAG as much any person could,” said REAG’s outgoing President, Alex Valente, Senior Vice President at Trammell Crow. “She takes the reins at a particularly exciting time, as the board continues working toward our vision of creating the best real estate alumni network of any university in the country.”

UCLA REAG is the alumni arm of UCLA’s Ziman Center for Real Estate. The Ziman Center was founded in 2001 to advance thought leadership in the field of real estate by generating influential research, educating the next generation of business leaders and social entrepreneurs, and providing meaningful forums for industry professionals and policymakers. Building on the acclaim of the Ziman Center, UCLA REAG connects real estate alumni from across the university at the graduate and undergraduate levels through a variety of events and networking opportunities. REAG has active chapters in San Diego, Orange County, San Francisco and New York. Membership is open to graduates of UCLA from any school within in the university.

Natalie follows in the footsteps of previous presidents Valente (UCLA Anderson ’13), Robb De Forest, Managing Principal of The Pinyon Group (UCLA Anderson ’06) and Ronnie Gul, Principal at Mesa West (UCLA Anderson ‘06) who all made significant contributions to REAG’s growth in membership and programming from 2006 – 2018.

Greenberg received her MBA in 2010 from UCLA Anderson, where she served as President of the Anderson Real Estate Association, and was awarded the John Long Outstanding Student in Real Estate Award as well as a UCLA Anderson Fellowship Award. She received her undergraduate degree in 2003 from Barnard College, gaining summa cum laude honors with election to Phi Beta Kappa.

Before joining Entrada, Greenberg was a Director at Rexford Industrial in their acquisitions team, where she completed more than a dozen acquisitions and was responsible for all asset dispositions; she also structured a $200M corporate debt facility, and led numerous project and corporate debt financings.

Prior to Rexford, Natalie was a Senior Asset Manager at Colony Capital, where she managed a portfolio of nonperforming loans secured by real estate located throughout the U.S. She also spent time in Wells Fargo’s REO group, where she managed a national portfolio of commercial REO assets and non-performing loans, and at Lowe Enterprises, where she worked in the finance group and was responsible for closing over $800 million in loan transactions. Natalie began her career as an analyst in UBS Investment Bank’s Real Estate, Lodging & Leisure Group, where she focused on M&A transactions and private equity placements.

Natalie is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, where she sits on the Industrial and Office Product Council.

She resides in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and two large dogs.
